    WATCH OUT: The warranty is deceptively misleading When it worked, the generator was great. I bought this specifically because it runs on both propane and gasoline, and had intended to only use it on propane. It worked fine the first couple of times, and then the engine stopped turning over. I could hear propane moving, and could also smell it coming out, and you could see the shadow of the vapors coming out of the air filter.     A few tips i gave my friend has one of these i dont have one but my friend does. For maximum engine life, running on propane as much as possible. Propane does not dilute the oil like gasoline does nor wash the oil off the cylinder wall, so you will get slightly more life from the unit if you run on propane. In practice though you’ll probably never notice since most generators do not get retired for worn out bearings, but other reasons.
