    tnd720 not improved The new tnd 720 is not really an improvement on the 710, its just different. I used a 710 for a year and a half when the power failed, it charged intermitantly for a while so I replaced the cord. Not long after it stopped charging period. Rand support acknowled it was a common problem and could not fix it if it was out of the one year warranty. They said they corrected the problem in the 720 with a new rugged connector in the back instead of in the side. They also said the 720 had a rubber…
